This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a sizeable team of HR Business Partners and Advisors in addition to driving HR initiatives and supporting HR projects within a change environment.
As Senior HR Business Partner you'll be a trusted advisor, working closely with the Head of HR and leadership team to ensure that people strategy aligns with and drives business success.
With the ability to switch from managing low level ER to driving strategic change, you'll be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to whatever and wherever requires your support.
