Senior HR Business Partner - £65,000 - Multisite role onsite

We are on the hunt for a proactive, hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to join a niche, fast-growing brand, multi business. This role will be based in London where you will be exposed to a different site every day where you can really partner with your teams.

The Role:

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the people agenda
• Building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers
• Addressing day-to-day HR issues as they arise
• Supporting and working with the leadership team to facilitate change
• Providing sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent management

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment within retail or hospitality with proven experience as a generalist HR partner
• Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders
• Rapport builder & natural coach
• CIPD credentials are an advantage
• Experience working across corporate / head office functions
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
• Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values
• Solution-oriented, exceptionally well-organised, innovative problem solver
