Seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a global professional services firm. This role acts as the strategic interface with the business on all aspects surrounding people and will sit as part of the leadership team acting as the key facilitator and enabler of people strategy and a driver of change.
There will be a critical focus on transformative activities around M&A, OD and organisational change so the role requires a highly commercial mindset with prior experience around this and someone who is able to lift the strategic capability of the HR Business Partnering team.
