About Us:

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global investment manager located in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Associate to join their London-based HR team. This is an ideal role for an HR professional seeking to gain experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and proactive, eager to showcase success through collaboration and innovation. In this role, you will support an HR Business Partner for an internal client group across EMEA.

The Role:
  1. HR Business Partnering: Be a trusted advisor to managers, providing first-line HR guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, and employee-related matters. Escalate key issues to the HR Business Partner as required.
  2. HR Administration and Compliance: Partner with internal HR teams to ensure seamless completion of all employee lifecycle transactions. Manage the end-to-end process for employee leaves and prepare HR documentation as required. Regularly review internal processes and documents to ensure compliance (e.g., inductions, org charts).
  3. HR Data & Reporting: Generating and analysing HR reports including headcount, attrition and diversity metrics. Maintaining accurate and real-time HR records relating to employee changes. Liaising with Global HR teams on information and data in readiness for annual cyclical processes. Ensure data integrity within HR systems, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy.
  4. You will also collaborate with Recruitment, HR Projects, Training and Development.
What You Will Bring:

They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partnering professional who has ideally operated in a Financial or Professional services environment. You will have strong administrative and data management skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
