Job Overview

The Senior HR Advisor–Recruitment System will support the Head of Resourcing and work closely with the Oleeo system support team to lead the design, development and delivery of tailored initiatives and recruitment campaigns to meet key stakeholders requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role will also include responsibility for gathering strategic insight data to produce high level detailed reports for senior stakeholder/senior managers in respect of all e-recruitment campaigns and activities.

The Senior HR Advisor–Recruitment System will also have responsibility for maximising financial and resourcing efficiencies across the Resourcing function by driving forward the development of a multi-functional e-recruitment system.

This role will also drive operational planning and decision making for current and future e-recruitment activities across all Resourcing functions–including Police Officer, Staff Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Transfers, Assessment and Workforce Planning.
