JOB PURPOSE:

To support the HR Manager Employee Services to ensure the delivery of an effective support service to the HR Advisory and Organisational Development (OD) Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree level qualification (Level 6) in Human Resource Management AND Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Human Resources function to include the provision of employee services.
2. OR Level 5 qualification in Human Resources AND Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Human Resources function to include the provision of employee services. (Please include dates)
