Senior HR Advisor

Full Time Permanent

Up to £40,000 + benefits

Tewkesbury - Office Based

Are you an experienced HR individual looking to step up and progress within your career?

GRG are pleased to be exclusively recruiting an experienced HR Advisor working for a leading manufacturing organisation.

This is a brand new position, reporting into the Strategic HR Business Partner, this role is a combination of operational day to day support and supporting the wider HR strategy.

Responsibilities
  1. First POC for all general HR queries
  2. Employee relations - dealing with 1st stage enquiries and low level ER case management such as absences, performance management, exit processes
  3. Managing absence data reporting
  4. Support HR Shared Service Function
  5. Assist the team with salary reviews, rewards and benefits
  6. Deliver HR inductions for new starters
  7. Supporting the delivery to their people and culture strategy
About You
  1. Experience HR Advisor / Officer / Generalist
  2. Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified. Ideally working towards or achieved Level 5 CIPD
  3. Experience using Workday - advantageous!
  4. Forward thinking
  5. Proactive
  6. Impeccable communication skills
