My client, a London Council, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor (HR Business Consultant) to add to their established team on a permanent or fixed term contract basis.

This role reports into the HR Business Partner and will be responsible for providing HR and Employee Relations support to their directorate.
The post holder will coach, advise, and support managers at all levels in delivering HR and ER solutions.
The successful candidate MUST be an associate member of the CIPD (Level 5) and will have experience of providing advice to managers on a range of HR related issues, including employee relations and change management.
This role is hybrid working with a minimum of one day a week on-site in London.
