I am currently working with a dynamic and ambitious company that operates across multiple sectors including Fintech, property media, and luxury property. They pride themselves on their entrepreneurial spirit, customer-focused approach, and strong team collaboration.

I am currently seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a pivotal role that will manage HR operations across the business, with responsibilities including:

  1. HR System Management
  2. HR Communication
  3. HR Audits
  4. HR Administration
  5. Payroll, benefits, and invoicing for UK and international offices
  6. Onboarding and offboarding management
  7. Employee Welfare
  8. Performance management
  9. Other ad hoc office and systems administration

You will have ideally between 3-5 years of HR administration experience in a fast-paced environment. The nature of this role will mean no two days are the same and requires a high attention to detail, strong customer service focus, and the ability to work under pressure. It is pivotal that you have excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
