Senior HR Advisor
Location: An Ofsted-rated 'Good' college in Greater Manchester
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP43,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated and strategic HR Advisor to join a forward-thinking and supportive college team. This is your opportunity to drive impactful HR solutions, collaborating with College Managers to resolve complex HR matters, provide expert guidance on employment law, and lead key initiatives focused on employee engagement and well-being.

You will play a vital role in aligning HR practices with college strategy, supporting a wide range of HR functions from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and organisational development.

What We’re Looking For:
We're ideally seeking candidates who are CIPD qualified and bring experience as a Senior HR Advisor or in a similar capacity. However, applications are also welcomed from those with strong HR experience who are committed to completing their CIPD qualification.
