Job Description

My client is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team, reporting to the Head of HR and People.

As Senior HR Advisor, you will engage and support key stakeholders at all levels in the business with a strong customer focus and a desire to create an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • ER casework - Attend disciplinary, grievance, appeals and other meetings as advisor, witness and notetaker.
  • Coordinate the annual colleague survey and provide feedback reports.
  • All HR reporting including monthly HR metrics for Board Report.
  • Support community, environment and wellbeing activities.
  • Review and update policies. Provide or arrange training as necessary.
  • Provide support for TUPE, restructures and acquisitions.
  • Provide generalist HR administration in line with the employee lifecycle.

This role will suit a person who enjoys the challenge of a high volume, varied, generalist HR workload. A wider interest in HR is important to allow innovation and contribution to HR projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a HR generalist role and have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
