About the Role:

Join as a Senior HR Advisor, supporting HR functions with a focus on Employee Relations (ER) and Payroll. Work closely with the Head of HR in a fast-paced, people-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, restructuring).
• Support HR reporting, policies, and engagement initiatives.
• Liaise with payroll providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage benefits, recognition schemes, and colleague events.

Requirements:

• 5+ years HR experience (ER & payroll preferred).
• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Organised, analytical, and proactive.
