Opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor working with Bilfinger on the Hinkley Point C Project.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting in the smooth running of HR processes and activities across the HPC site, to ensure compliance with BUK HR Policies, Client practices and procedure and UK regulatory requirements.

Role Qualifications

Previous experience in similar role is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience in nuclear is preferred but not essential.
Degree qualification in HR or related subject.
Working towards CIPD qualification.
