Job description

CMA HR Division are currently assisting an organisation in Guildford, Surrey to recruit for a Senior HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the role is responsible for providing a full administrative service for the HR department, working alongside a busy HR team who are both supportive and encouraging.

What will the HR Administrator role involve?

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including overseeing onboarding by sending starter forms, ensuring RTW documentation, and managing DBS checks.
  2. Own the employee exit process, including resignation letters, updating HRIS and terminating accounts for leavers.
  3. Maintain employee records by updating HRIS with any changes.
  4. Prepare agendas, attend and take minutes for HR meetings, and act as a note-taker in EDRs, probation reviews, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  5. Oversee the HR inbox, respond to queries and action alerts to colleagues.
  6. Ad hoc tasks when required.
