We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to join our community nursing team as Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker. As a Healthcare Support Worker in the Community, you will be expected to provide support to our patients in a wide range of clinical community environments across the Crediton Community Nursing areas.
You will support clinicians with their patient workloads delivering clinical care delegated by a registered professional and contribute to the delivery of patient-focused care. The post holder will be part of an integrated health and social care team consisting of GPs, Nursing staff, OTs, Physios, and Social care team, responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' needs and delivering high-quality care.
You should have an NVQ 3 in Healthcare or be working towards a relevant qualification. We are looking for a Healthcare Support Worker who has a current driving licence and attributes to form part of a dynamic team to deliver innovative care to our patients.
