Are you passionate about providing exceptional care? Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their team at a specialist neurological care centre in Hitchin. This role involves coordinating high-quality, person-centred care and offering guidance to junior staff, with an hourly rate of £12.91 per hour with some amazing benefits!


This Senior Healthcare Assistant role offers an hourly rate of £12.81 - £12.91, with additional enhancements for weekends and bank holidays. You'll enjoy 33 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and benefit from a supportive work environment with free parking and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.


Our client operates a specialist neurological care centre in Hertfordshire, providing tailored care for individuals aged 18 and over with various neurological conditions. The centre focuses on enhancing health and wellbeing, promoting independence, and supporting emotional and social needs through expert neurorehabilitation.


As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will:
  1. Coordinate and delegate care tasks while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  2. Promote and support the rights and choices of individuals, respecting their beliefs and preferences.
  3. Adhere to national and local policies, procedures, and legislation.
  4. Complete mandatory training and inductions.
  5. Encourage feedback and suggestions to enhance the care experience.
