There is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Worker (fixed term part-time) to join an experienced multi-disciplinary team working in the community based at Laurel House near Canterbury city centre.
Under the guidance and supervision of the team, you will deliver an effective and competent level of care to adults with a Learning Disability who also have ADHD. You will be involved in assisting patients and their carers to attend appointments to be reviewed by a psychiatrist and advocating for them, which may require liaising with other agencies, such as their social care teams and other community teams.
