  3. Develop, implement, and oversee the project-specific Health & Safety Strategy and Execution Plan.
  4. Manage, mentor, and support a team of Health & Safety Advisors across the site.
  5. Lead regular HSE meetings with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain all HSE documentation, plans, communications, and reporting protocols.
  7. Monitor site compliance, conduct audits, inspections, and lead incident investigations as required.
  8. Represent the company in all client, regulatory, and external HSE communications.
  9. Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong, proactive safety culture throughout the project.
  10. Provide clear, senior-level guidance and input on all safety-related planning, risk assessments, and works coordination.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction health and safety, including major project delivery.
  2. Demonstrated success leading health and safety on complex, large-scale projects (data centres, pharma, life science preferred).
  3. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (CMIOSH or equivalent chartered status desirable).
  4. Deep knowledge of construction safety legislation, compliance standards, and best practice methodologies.
  5. Proven ability to lead safety teams and engage effectively with clients, contractors, and senior project stakeholders.
