The role of Senior Health and Safety Manager has been newly created to focus on operational health and safety delivery. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day management of the team, whilst sitting within a wider team where everyone plays a part to achieve the company's HSE goal. The role will provide you with lots of opportunities for personal and career development.

The successful Senior Health and Safety Manager will:

1. Be able to challenge stakeholders.
2. Have experience managing a health and safety team.
3. Have a curious nature in problem-solving within the HSE function.
4. Strong HSE data analysis skills.
5. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation strategies.
6. Deliver health and safety training to staff.
7. Oversee investigations of workplace accidents and near misses, analysing data to prevent future incidents.
8. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
9. Work with various departments to promote a culture of safety and integrate health and safety practices into daily operations.
10. Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.

In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting:

1. £70,000-£75,000
2. Season ticket loan with 75% off travel into London
3. Underground zone 1-6 covered
4. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
5. 6% they put in 10% pension
