As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing FPGA and PCB-based solutions in collaboration with skilled FPGA, hardware, and software teams. Key Requirements
- A genuine passion for electronics and engineering.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in electronics engineering, including schematic design and PCB layout, with products that have successfully shipped.
- Strong understanding of microcontrollers.
- Practical skills in assembling, testing, and modifying electronics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to tackle complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and mentor colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree in Electronics Engineering (2:1 or above) or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable Skills
- Expertise in high-speed digital design, DDR memory systems, and signal integrity simulation.
- Knowledge of FPGA-based systems and EMC compliance techniques.
- Experience with high-layer-count PCB designs (>8 layers).
- Familiarity with tools like OrCAD Cadence, Zuken Cadstar, and XJTAG boundary scan test systems.
- Client-facing experience and an interest in live entertainment technology (audio, video, or lighting).
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
