We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join the team. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, dynamic, motivated and creative individual, who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

The position is suited to a talented and experienced individual who will play a key role in maintaining and evolving ADAM's brand identity while contributing to the visual storytelling of our projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of architectural illustration, complex document design, branding, and marketing. This role requires someone who can effectively apply appropriate design principles, templates, and layouts to a variety of tasks, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual communications.

• Strong design skills with an understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills with meticulous attention to file management.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Visual Communication & Branding

• Assist in developing and maintaining the firm's evolving visual identity, ensuring consistency across all design output.
• Support the creation of graphics for presentations, proposals, reports, and marketing materials.
• Work within brand guidelines to produce high-quality and professional designs.

Project Presentation & Architectural Support

• Design engaging layouts for client presentations, competition submissions, and project related material.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to enhance project storytelling through visuals.
• Assist in producing diagrams, infographics, and renderings to communicate architectural concepts.

Marketing & Digital Content

• Create print media including event graphics, print collateral.
• Create digital media for social media channels, lectures, and the company website.
• Helping to manage a large digital asset management database along with associated duties such as photo-editing, archiving, and tidying up.

Team Collaboration & Administration

• Work closely with the architectural and marketing teams to align visuals with business objectives.
• Support general office duties related to design and printing.
• Working with external partners, agencies, and printers, in design related duties.

Qualifications & Experience

• A strong visual portfolio.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an architecture, design, or creative studio.

Desirable but not essential:

• Interest in traditional and classical architecture.
• Experience in video editing (clipping, adding effects, optimising for different platforms).
