We are seeking a creative and versatile Middleweight Graphic Designer with expertise in graphic design, video editing, social media, and digital marketing.
This role involves creating a diverse range of digital and print assets, collaborating with the marketing team, and contributing to the visual content strategy.
You’ll be instrumental in bringing our brand to life, developing a visual narrative that shapes the identity of the Harrison Group and enhances our brand’s presence across all channels and touch points.
This position offers the chance to be involved in an exciting phase of growth and innovation, providing a unique opportunity to influence and shape the visual direction. You will be actively involved in all our channels.
This role is perfect for someone who has experience working in a similar role with a focus on retail, grocery, design and/or print clients and can quickly get to grips with brand aesthetics and taste levels. Your opinions will be valued and listened to, and you’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions to projects on a regular basis.
Job Tasks
The job holder is expected to proficiently undertake the following tasks:
- Coordination of projects through the entire concept, design, development and execution process ensuring they meet time and budget requirements.
- Establish visual tonality through image curation and art direction.
- Design digital and print assets including social media reels, email marketing, email banners, landing pages, presentations decks, product catalogues, signage, and posters.
- Develop graphics for marketing collateral, packaging, website and social media.
- Maintain brand consistency and evolve design practices.
- Regularly post across multiple brand accounts and manage influencer partnerships.
- Plan and send engaging email campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team on product imagery and video.
- Identify social trends and create relevant content.
- Ensure prompt and positive responses to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead for consistent messaging.
- Work effectively with management to maintain a coordinated team with clear focus.
- Report on social and mailing list growth.

Person Specification
To carry out the duties above, the following skills, competencies and experiences are necessary:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
- Highly commercial approach – able to develop and implement new ideas in cost effective ways.
- Confident working from conceptual stages through to executional stages with great attention to detail.
- Expert in typography, colour theory, layout design, with keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Strong video production and editing skills.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple accounts.
- Experience with affiliate links and Meta Ads is beneficial.
- Someone with professional integrity that can inject fresh, creative ideas to meet objectives and bring the energy.
