Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in general accounting, with GL or AR preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with ERP systems is a plus.

What you will do

  1. Manage the full general ledger cycle, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and closing procedures.
  2. Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting.
  3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  4. Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  5. Experience with intercompany transactions and consolidated statements is a plus.
  6. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
  7. Work collaboratively with other departments, including finance, operations, and sales.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  2. 3–4 years of experience in a general accounting role, with experience in general ledger (GL) or accounts receivable (AR) preferred.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Experience with the ERP system (NetSuite) is a plus.
  8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  9. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (office and home).
  10. Previous experience with intercompany transactions and consolidated statements is a strong plus.
