Senior Games Producer

Aardvark Swift is working with poncle to find a Senior Games Producer to join their team.

As a Senior Games Producer, you’ll report to the Creative Director (CEO) and Technical Director. Your role will be a central one within the studio, and you will be responsible for the coordination of all tasks relating to the development and delivery of Vampire Survivor game updates, features, improvements and DLCs.

Your responsibilities…

• Oversee the development cycle of game updates from idea to launch, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time at a high quality.
• Work closely with Designers, Artists, Engineers, and QA to foster collaboration and communication.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, roadmaps, and sprint plans, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Identify potential production risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure
• Drive a high standard of quality, balancing scope, resources, and technical constraints to deliver
• Continuously evaluate and refine development processes to improve efficiency and team productivity.
• Assist in managing project budgets, tracking costs, and ensuring financial targets are met.

• 5 or more years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a Senior Production role.
• Knowledge of the games market, and a solid understanding of the creative process of making video games.
• Current market knowledge of player expectations, emerging patterns and technology.
• Demonstratable track record of delivering games (PC/console or mobile), including 2 or more games from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and other project management methodologies.
• Admin level experience with project management tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-discipline collaboration.
• Hands-on "can do" mentality, filling in gaps wherever they exist, a high initiative problem solver.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines, from pre-production to post-launch support.
• Experience working in a fast paced, customer focused studio.
• Used to working with development teams and understand the processes involved in releasing games and game updates.
• Experience managing projects through to release.
