Senior Full-Stack Founding Engineer – West London (Hybrid) – Circa £80K + Shares/Equity

A pioneering mobility startup is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help shape the software side of their automation product.

You'll work directly with the Co-Founders, who have spent 25 years building vehicles. With investment secured and customers signed, they are now scaling up. This is your opportunity to be part of a radical software development platform that will redefine how vehicles are built.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a critical role, including:

1. Architecting and developing a full-stack solution from scratch.
2. Integrating with industry-leading toolchains and cloud-based clusters.
3. Optimizing for scalability, security, and performance.

The versatile Full-Stack Engineer will thrive in a high-performance, informal culture where delivery is everything. You'll need:

1. Broad full-stack development experience across multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Golang, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, C#).
2. Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with machine learning frameworks.
3. Database design skills (SQL, NoSQL) and familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
4. A generalist mindset, capable of tackling complex challenges and engineering solutions.
5. Resilience, brutal honesty, and a results-driven approach.
