Senior Financial Controller | £130,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid working

Are you a strategic finance leader ready for a new challenge within a highly regulated, complex environment?

We're exclusively supporting a major financial services company seeking a Senior Financial Controller to lead end-to-end financial control for their largest business division. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader to play a pivotal role influencing executive stakeholders and driving change across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, including statutory, regulatory, and management accounts
2. Leading a team, fostering strong relationships across the Finance function and business leadership
3. Acting as the key liaison with offshore teams and driving continuous improvement projects
4. Providing strategic insight and analysis to senior executives

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Extensive post-qualification experience in Financial Control or Audit
2. Background in Financial Services, Big 4 Audit or listed business in wider industry
3. Proven ability to operate in a matrix structure with strong stakeholder management skills
4. Excellent communicator who can deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines

Package

1. Base salary up to £130,000
