What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in senior finance recruitment OR a background placing CFO/FD with a passion for talent acquisition.
2. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of finance leadership roles.
3. Ability to assess both technical skills and emotive drivers in candidates with our tools.
4. A consultative, relationship-driven approach.
