An established professional services organization is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead a dedicated finance team. Location: Cardiff, South Wales (Hybrid working)
Working Hours: 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 DOE plus 27 days annual leave plus bank holiday, option to buy additional holiday, healthcare cash plan, competitive pension scheme, life assurance, option to buy/sell annual leave, cycle to work scheme, subsidised Chiropractor onsite weekly, free weekly in-person and virtual yoga, regular social events, career development and recognition schemes, outstanding office facilities including a Chef onsite with a free lunch available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

You’ll lead and inspire a team of six finance professionals, overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including client ledgers and legal cashiering, management accounts, compliance, and process improvement.
