The Role

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational and commercial leadership to provide strategic financial insights that drive business performance. You'll be the trusted financial advisor to key stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable business intelligence and commercial recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic business planning and decision-making
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and commentary to influence operational strategy
• Lead on commercial modelling and business case development for new initiatives
• Identify opportunities for margin improvement and growth across the business
• Develop and maintain influential relationships with senior stakeholders
• Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
• Translate financial concepts into meaningful insights for non-finance colleagues

Requirements:

• ACA qualified with proven post-qualification experience in business partnering
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
• Technical excellence in financial analysis and reporting
• Manufacturing sector experience highly desirable
• Private Equity experience would be advantageous
• Outstanding communication skills - able to articulate complex financial concepts clearly
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive change
