What will the Finance business partner role involve?

Leadership and Development: Deputise for the Head of Financial Business Partnering, shaping strategy and leading financial governance.
Business Partnership: Apply your financial expertise to add real value, challenge commercial decisions, and improve performance.
Business Planning: Apply expert thought leadership with the ability to conceptualise issues and to define effective solutions to the financial challenges facing the division.
Continuous Improvement: Acting as the financial conscience in decision making forums and collaborating across the business you will support continuous improvement across their investment practices. You will influence outcomes to drive best practice for financial assurance.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
You will possess a recognised Accountancy or Finance qualification, with substantial experience across a variety of finance and non-finance roles, equipping you with a broad perspective and skillset.
You will demonstrate a collaborative, partnership-based approach to working with senior stakeholders, including executive-level leadership, ensuring alignment and value-added support in decision-making.
As a highly accomplished and respected professional, your exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills will enable you to work effectively in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
