Job SummaryThis position provides finance guidance, reporting and analytical support for the EMEA Consolidations Team. It will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting of gross margin (revenue and cost of sales) for the Motorcycle and Related Products businesses, as well as provide insights and analytics to influence revenue and margin performance. This position will also assist in executing pricing loads in SAP, consolidating and reporting against contra revenue (dealer rewards programme and discounting) and supporting ad-hoc analytical requests.

Education SpecificationsRequired:
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years related work experience in Finance
• Competency in the use of spreadsheets and accounting systems for the purpose of analysis and financial modelling.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining the broader, analytical perspective; and excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
Preferred:
• Experience with SAP ERP system is a plus.
