Job description

We have a new opportunity for a senior finance administrator to join a reputable legal company for a 6-month full time contract.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing cheques for signatures
  2. Entering electronic payments for authorisation on online portals
  3. Preparing invoices
  4. Dealing with billing queries from other departments
  5. Assisting with a range of tasks/enquiries from the helpdesk
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will need to have at least 3 years' experience within a similar role, with a solid working knowledge and understanding of MS Office applications. Prior experience of using Aderant is beneficial, but is not essential.
