About this role

You'll be responsible for developing and executing field marketing programs that will enable Writer to build strong partnerships and customer relationships that drive pipeline and revenue in EMEA. You must be a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the opportunity of working with international teams, and is determined to make a difference in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

Your responsibilities

1. Create, manage, and measure impactful field marketing programs that generate millions of sales pipeline.
2. Have experience in identifying, developing, and launching new markets, including understanding market dynamics and establishing effective entry strategies.
3. Adapt and implement marketing strategies from the US marketing team to suit local market needs and preferences.
4. Effectively collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, customer success, engineering, and marketing to ensure successful execution.
5. Obsessed with working with customers, learning about them, and their pain points.
6. Optimize ROI for event budget and resources.

1. Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.
2. Self-starter, proactive, and thinks ahead.
3. Proven track record in developing and managing field marketing and demand generation strategies, from intimate executive dinners to large-scale industry conferences.
4. Loves working on teams - especially with sales.
5. Aren't afraid of tools like Asana, Figma, Canva, and SFDC.
6. Are data-driven and can break down problems into smaller parts.
7. Passion for generative AI (if you use Writer - even better!).
8. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for events.
