You will be joining a very well managed Chambers ranked department who advise clients on a range of matters including matrimonial financial settlements, divorce process, injunctive applications, financial remedy proceedings, privately funded child related matters, disputes between unmarried couples, and pre and post marital agreements.
They are seeking an ambitious Solicitor with at least 8+ years PQE who can become a key member of the team and add value to the practice. You will need to show experience of advising a range of clients on matrimonial financial matters at differing levels of wealth. An expectation to uphold the firm’s excellent reputation is a must, as are strong communication skills, good analytical and organisational skills, the ability to market the team, and oversee junior members.
