The Role

As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will be at the heart of a leading Family practice in Chatham. You will handle a diverse and complex caseload, covering all aspects of privately funded family law, including divorce, financial settlements, private children matters, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. You'll work closely with clients, building relationships of trust and respect, and leveraging your expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes.

The team prides itself on delivering results through a combination of legal knowledge, local mediation services, and a compassionate, client-focused approach. Your experience will allow you to contribute to the department's continued success while providing top-tier legal advice to a wide range of clients.

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 10+ years PQE (though candidates with more or less experience may still be considered)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied and demanding caseload
