Job Description

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Factory Manager should have:
Experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.
Ideally experience working within footwear; if not, has experience in clothing, costume jewellery, hats, soft furnishings, or furniture manufacturing.
Proficiency in managing production costs and budgets.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A commitment to safety and quality control.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and motivate staff.
