Senior Executive Reward Manager
Oakleaf Partnership North is seeking a Senior Executive Reward Manager to join our Financial Services client's team on a permanent basis, based out of their Leeds offices. In this role, you will utilize your in-depth Executive Reward knowledge to support the development of innovative Executive Reward strategy and processes, allowing the organization to attract the skills and talent required to meet our objectives. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience within Executive Reward roles, either in-house or consultancy, and you must have evidence of working within Financial Services, Technology, or FTSE organizations. You will also need experience in translating business requirements into a clear and innovative reward strategy that attracts talent while meeting governance and regulatory requirements.
