Senior Event Project Manager - Agency

We are working with a fantastic agency who are recruiting for a Senior Event Project Manager to join their team!

You will be working on some truly exceptional events that include incentives, conferences, seminars, workshops, team-building activities, and more for clients in a variety of sectors such as Tech.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Senior Event Project Manager to join this dynamic team and play a key role in planning and executing successful corporate events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable and impactful events that align with the company's objectives.

The role will include the following duties:

1. Develop event concepts and create event timelines
2. Research and recommend suitable event venues, vendors, and suppliers
3. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships
4. Manage event logistics such as catering and audio-visual equipment
5. Book transportation accommodations
6. Support the creation and distribution of event invitations
7. Set up and break down event spaces
8. Maintain event budgets and track expenses
9. Provide on-site event support
10. Compile post-event feedback
11. Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement

The Candidate

The ideal candidate MUST have experience working in an event agency environment and have involvement in the end-to-end process of delivering an event. You will have strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
