A fixed term Maternity Cover Senior Event Manager role for 10 - 12 months starting December 2024!

The company

We are supporting a full-service events agency that delivers a range of venue finding and corporate event projects for clients across the UK. With UK-wide offices and teams that work as part of in-house implanted teams, this agency has an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding corporate events including incentives, gala dinners, conferences, and meetings.

The role

A fixed-term Maternity Cover contract has become available where you will work as an implant within one of their client's offices as well as collaborating with the agency teams internally. Events will include high-profile media events, team social events, leadership conferences, as well as site-based visits ranging from 2 to 250 pax. The events are predominantly in the UK, with potential travel overseas on occasion.

About you

We are looking for a strong operational event management background, either in agency or in-house, with budget management and financial acumen. This is a fast-paced role where you will work with multiple in-house stakeholders as well as the extended agency teams. UK travel to events and different offices will be part of the role, and holding a full driving license with your own car is essential.
