Job Spec: Joining the policy and evaluation team as a Senior Consultant you will work with public institutions to assess the effectiveness and impact of policies and programmes to improve public services. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team which includes economists and social policy researchers that work across all areas of public policy.

You will enjoy a really broad role focusing on the evaluation of social policies and programmes aimed at tackling a variety of complex issues spanning crime, employment, education, social care and migration to name a few areas.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of mixed-method evaluations of social policy-related programmes. You will be supporting an established team of evaluators and policy specialists advancing the use of key methodologies, such as randomised controlled trials (RCT), quasi-experimental designs, and other mixed methods studies.

To hit the ground running in this role, you will need experience of:

1. A wide range of evaluation techniques and experience of designing and delivering evaluations in a commercial environment.
2. Managing evaluation projects through the full project life cycle from evaluation design to data collection and analysis through to conclusions and recommendations.
3. Ability to drive and support the business to move into new areas.
