I have been asked to find a senior level Estimator for my client, based in SW London.

They are a reinforced concrete structures specialist with a turnover of approximately £50 m per annum - this is a significant increase on the previous year.

I am looking for a candidate who can further facilitate and cement this growth over the coming year.

The ideal candidate will be able to successfully tender RC frame packages of up to £30 m with an average project size around the £10-15 m mark. You will need a stable career and be able to demonstrate a solid work winning ratio - obviously of key importance in this role.

My client is keen to attract the best possible applicants for this role and is offering a competitive salary and package along with a genuine opportunity to enhance your career in a dynamic business.

Any applicants for this opportunity will need at least 5-10 years estimating experience with a reinforced concrete subcontractor - the upper end experience wise will be better due to the level of knowledge required.

My client is also happy to secure someone on a self-employed basis if this is preferable. Their focus is simply on getting the right candidate on board.

There will also be the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis if this is required/preferred.
