About the Company
Our client is a growing UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of £25 million per annum and is looking to grow! Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments across London, Bristol and the South East.

Project values vary from £5m - £10m.

About the Role
We are collaborating with a specialist RC Frame and Groundwork Contractor currently generating £25 million in annual revenue, with ambitious plans to scale up to £50 million. With over a decade of industry experience, our client is poised for significant growth and is seeking a Senior Estimator to play a key role in this expansion. This position requires a dynamic professional capable of both securing new contracts and accurately pricing projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a substantial income, benefiting from a lucrative bonus structure on both existing client work and newly acquired business.

About the Requirements

1. Proven track record in Estimating and winning new business with an RC Frame and Groundwork Subcontractor
2. 5+ years’ experience working as a Senior Estimator
3. Good knowledge of the RC Frame and Groundwork Industry
4. Have strong connections with contacts to engage in new business

About the Benefits and Rewards

Salary range of £100,000 - £150,000 per annum. Packages include:
