Join Our Team as an Area Lister at Jones & Chapman covering the Wirral.

Why Join Us:

We're seeking a motivated Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team at Jones & Chapman. As an Area Lister, you'll play a crucial role in listing and gaining new instructions for properties across the Wirral (Bebington, Moreton, Greasby, Prenton, and Wallasey) while providing exceptional customer service.

What We Offer:

Your Role:

As an Area Lister, you'll list properties and maintain excellent customer relationships, building rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone, ensuring the highest level of service.

What We're Looking For:

Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator
Outstanding customer care/service experience
Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hold a Full UK driving license
