We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to complement our fantastic residential sales team as a Senior Sales Negotiator in branch in Gillingham, Dorset.

An excellent opportunity within this high performing branch for a candidate who can demonstrate great sales negotiation skills, fantastic customer service and has the ability to supply the branch with listings of new properties to the market to sell.

Key responsibilities of a Senior Estate Agent

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor. Direct touting and canvassing would also be a requirement.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent

• Estate Agency experience such as Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent looking for progression
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence
