Senior Estate Agent: Flitwick – Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 + commission (40k OTE)

Hello Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our client’s successful team.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in property sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the local market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and generate new business opportunities through valuations, viewings, and networking
• Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, guiding them through the sales process
• Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations
• Mentor and support junior team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Estate Agent
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of the local property market
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and results-driven approach

The salary on offer for this role is £24,000 – £30,000 + commission (40k OTE)
