At Shipways, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent to join as a Lister and list properties for our fantastic residential sales team in branch in Birmingham.

A quick look at the role

In this role, you will be listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing clients face to face or over the phone.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Estate Agent

• Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager or a Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking to progress your career
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence holder
