Sustainable Futures Group (SFG) is delighted to be partnering with a world-leading infrastructure organisation to recruit a Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager for a landmark project on the Isle of Skye, Scotland - a place where sustainability meets adventure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and mentoring Environmental Sustainability Advisors, Coordinators, and Graduates
- Driving sustainability action plans and shaping key project decisions through data, assessments, audits, and incident findings
- Managing and reporting all environmental incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations and permitting requirements
- Supporting environmental risk management across major power transmission and distribution projects
- Identifying and promoting innovative environmental solutions to enhance sustainability outcomes
- Delivering Environmental and Sustainability training across project teams and supply chain partners
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Environmental and Sustainability Management within major infrastructure or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, permitting, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
- A passion for sustainability - and ideally, an appreciation for the great outdoors!

- A Competitive Basic Salary of up to £80,000 (dependent on experience)
