Sustainable Futures Group (SFG) is delighted to be partnering with a world-leading infrastructure organisation to recruit a Senior Environmental Sustainability Manager for a landmark project on the Isle of Skye, Scotland - a place where sustainability meets adventure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Leading and mentoring Environmental Sustainability Advisors, Coordinators, and Graduates
2. Driving sustainability action plans and shaping key project decisions through data, assessments, audits, and incident findings
3. Managing and reporting all environmental incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations and permitting requirements
4. Supporting environmental risk management across major power transmission and distribution projects
5. Identifying and promoting innovative environmental solutions to enhance sustainability outcomes
6. Delivering Environmental and Sustainability training across project teams and supply chain partners

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in Environmental and Sustainability Management within major infrastructure or construction projects
2. Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, permitting, and compliance requirements
3. Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
4. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members
5. A passion for sustainability - and ideally, an appreciation for the great outdoors!
