The Position
We are seeking a Senior Environmental Health & Safety Professional to join our team and make a significant impact on our organisation's Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards. You are empowered to develop and implement EHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with both external regulations and internal standards, with the authority to halt work if unsafe practices are identified. In this role:
It is a full-time position with presence in our Oxford office required 4 times per week.
Qualifications
We are searching for a skilled communicator who demonstrates the ability to identify, define, and develop solutions to complex EHS challenges. It is a hands-on position where we expect our candidates to meet the following qualifications:
About the Department
You will be a part of an international team that supports activities across the Novo Nordisk value chain in our Research Hub in Oxford and our Digital Hub in London. Our ambition is to collaborate across countries and areas to make sure that we are doing things right whilst supporting a fast-paced and innovation-led business. Currently, we are more than 200 colleagues in Oxford and London. The team you will join is growing to ensure that we can support our colleagues doing research that will lead to meaningful outcomes for the patients we wish to serve.
