Project and Building Consultancy, the largest department within Colliers UK, is a multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy with a modern commercial outlook and close-knit team ethic. The current growing Environmental Team is divided into three specialist services, Environmental Due Diligence, Floods & SUDS and Technical Services. We are looking to expand our Environmental Due Diligence team to support the increase in demand in this market.
As a Senior / Principal Environmental Consultant at Colliers, you are primarily responsible for professional environmental services relating to transactional due diligence. You will be required to have experience in managing and preparing Phase 1 Reports, Corporate Due Diligence, Report reviews of Phase II and other environmental technical documents. In addition, you will be required to set up internal and external consultants for additional services, such as liaising with the internal Floods & SUDS, Technical Services and Building Surveying teams, and appointing external subcontractors e.g. tank specialists, monitoring specialists and ecological consultants.
Bringing your technical expertise, you will evaluate a broad range of environmental risk factors and communicate findings, in succinct, commercial language tailored to Colliers’s clients, which include property investors, fund managers, high net worth individuals and developers. You will also act as an internal source of technical expertise to other areas of the business from new graduates up to Director level. Working closely with the Service Line Head to support this area of the business, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality of work whilst building and developing successful client relationships.
