As a Senior Launch Manager in the Enterprise Customer Success Team, you'll lead the successful onboarding of our clients, guiding them in their business transformation and hitting key success metrics and ROI goals. Reporting directly into the Global Enterprise Customer Success Team Manager, this is an opportunity to join a newly formed team with a clear remit and investment, based on a mutual goal: the success of SourceWhale clients!

Day in the Life

Launch Managers in the Enterprise Customer Success team are experts at driving product adoption and setting customers up for success. Through a thorough and streamlined onboarding process with established clear success criteria from the outset, Launch Managers facilitate a fast time to value for our customers.

Focusing on our largest, most complex accounts, you will be the dedicated customer owner for the first 3 months of their lifecycle. You will take on circa 2-4 new clients each month and work with users and leaders to drive adoption before a smooth handover to the Account Management team.

  • Partner with Account Executives to craft bespoke Success Plans that address client goals and pain points with achievable criteria.
  • Oversee technical setup, including CRM integration mapping and testing, for streamlined tracking and implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive engagement and successful outcomes.
  • Lead tailored onboarding sessions aligned with client workflows and GTM strategies to ensure team adoption.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to maintain engagement, resolve blockers, and provide updates to project leads.
  • Spot expansion opportunities within the client’s user base to increase account value during onboarding.
  • Guide clients on best practices tailored to their unique workflows and strategic needs.
  • Coordinate with Account Management to flag long-term growth opportunities and ensure a seamless expansion strategy.
  • Host stakeholder review meetings to evaluate adoption, outcomes, and progress against goals before a thorough handoff to the Account Management team.

Who You Are

  • CS experience in RecTech/SalesTech or similar SaaS startup space.
  • Experienced in working with enterprise accounts, managing multiple stakeholder groups and providing a high touch onboarding experience for large user groups.
  • Adept at leading business transformation and change management projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify and translate complex ideas to different audiences.
  • Strong listening and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a startup environment.
  • Driven and proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn.

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience working for a Recruitment Technology company or onboarding commercial/sales departments within organisations.
  • Previous Recruiting or Business Development experience would be a plus.
  • Proven track record as a top performer, measured on adoption, satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong technical acumen.
